Small Group Guidance

Introducing an new, intimate, relational, dynamic, & more accessible way to work together 

Small-group containers of 4-6 folks, engaged in their personal work for 3 months at a time, held within a larger field & relational context.

Good for those who:

• Are interested in relational healing & exploring group dynamics

•  Are open to an emergent way of working, allowing the process to unfold organically rather than following a predetermined structure

• Are interested in a more accessible way of receiving support from Samara

• Are committed to healing, growth, and awakening

• Desire deeper connection with themselves and others

• Are curious about their patterns, conditioning, projections, and relational dynamics

•  Are interested in examining and unwinding patterns of codependency from their system

• Are interested in authentic relating, vulnerability, intimacy, and community

• Are open to being witnessed, challenged, and supported by others

• Are willing to engage in honest self-inquiry and personal responsibility

• Are open to meeting discomfort, uncertainty, and the unknown with curiosity

• Value personal sovereignty, interdependence, and mutual respect

•  Recognize relationship itself as a path of healing, practice, and awakening

Not a Good Fit for those who:

• Are seeking therapy, crisis support, or intensive 1:1 guidance

• Prefer exclusively individualized attention

• Are seeking a highly structured or predetermined process

• Are not interested in exploring relational or group dynamics

•   Are not open to being witnessed, challenged, or supported in a group setting

• Are expecting guaranteed outcomes or a predetermined path of transformation

 Details:

• Groups will run for 3 months at a time.
• In-Person & Virtual Options Available

Includes:

• 3 live 75-minute group calls per month 
• Group Signal support
• 4-6 people per small group

Energetic Exchange:

• Sliding scale: $450- 900 
• Monthly payment plans available ($150-300 / month for 3 months)
